Microbrewery and Brewery of Québec city
Updated: Oct 3, 2019
The list is still growing for our pleasure! Québec has had a solid world reputation in the beer industry in the last few decades. Did you know that the first commercial brewery in Canada started here in 1668 with the intendant Jean Talon? Every year the city hosts various events to celebrate the large diversity of taste and flavours. Many festivals and gatherings give you the chance to meet some of the master brewers that are from here and try their precious work. The beer here is quite good...believe me! Some happen to be award-winning beers ! The best way to try them is to go straight to the breweries for a tour! That being said, remember: don't drink and drive. Many of these breweries are located at a walking distance from old Québec.
