Question?

Do you have questions?

01

Why are the tours free?

The concept is successful all around the globe. I think everybody can be an ambassador of their city.

It’s great to learn from and share new things with a local guide who is passionate about his city.

The only pay I earn is from tips. This tour is tip-based only! The city doesn’t pay me for doing this job.

If you like the tour, you give what you want! If you are on tight budget,no problem ! So be certain that I will do my best to make the tour the highlight of your trip! You have nothing to lose!

**Special Request**

If you could bring a postcard/thing from your town I would love to have one. I’ve started a collection of these things from people around the world.

02

Where does it start/finish?

The tour is about a 2h walk. You meet your guide in front of the Parlement building at the fountain of Tourny. The tour ends at the Place Royale area (15 mins from the starting point).

Please come at least 10 mins before the scheduled time.

*Please note that the tour hours are subject to change on rare occasions. Tours are rarely canceled due to weather (it must be a really heavy rain); you will be informed if this is the case.

I never do no-shows, if you arrive late and you don’t see the group in front of the fountain, it is not my responsibility.

03

Is it possible to get a private tour/Group Tour?

Yes you can! The minimum number of participants required is is 4.

There is a fee for any requested group tour (competitive price).

If I’m available, it will be a pleasure.

Contact us for more information!

04

Do i need to make reservation?

Yes, the reservations are mandatory, you need to book your tour .
Each tour has a 20-person maximum.

*I take the reservations straight from this website.
It is really rare I cancel tour but in the case I dont have enough people I will inform you!

We will always inform you if a tour is canceled or not, so please check your email frequently.

05

Is the tour Wheelchair friendly?

Unfortunately, the downtown area is hilly. The walking tour contains a lot of inclined portions. It could be challenging and potentially dangerous to do the tour with a wheelchair. You can still take the tour if you would like, but just be aware of this fact.
