Quebec like a local Episode 1-The Beermuda triangle

Updated: Mar 11, 2022

You will have so much fun...!

It's been a while before I updated my blog but its never too late! Right? During the year I will do some videos to help you out during your stay in Quebec. It is long work but at the end if it helps you well im happy! I want to promote local place and also some off the beaten path . To show you hidden history of the area. Also please note that Im not sponsored by any of these places, I just want to show you my town like a real local.

I've been doing a tour of Saint-Roch area since summer 2018 named « Quebec like a local » and ever since It pushed me to do this blog and now that great series of video. Because yeah old Quebec is nice but history is literally everywhere in this town! Today join me on his tour of what I calls the Beermuda triangle of the great Limoilou neighbourhood, a cool, very old part of Quebec that most of the tourists don't know or bother with. In this video you will see 3 tasty microbreweries and learn more about them. All of them are at a walkable distance from each other so don’t drink and drive! Did you know that the first main brewery of Canada was located in Quebec city? If you want to find out have a look at the video! You will learn about Quebec history also :) If you like the artwork of Félix Girard, you can reach his website here and buy some of his astonishing work!

Looking for a Quebec city walking tour? Go visit my website www.afreetourofquebec.com It will be a pleasure to be your tour guide! Once the covid19 restrictions will be over I will be there for you :)

Merci!
